- Yes. Email us at admin@foundrystacklabs.com. Parlo is UK GDPR and EU GDPR compliant and we can provide a DPA for school and institutional use.
- Is Parlo suitable for students to use directly?
- No. Parlo is designed for qualified teachers and professional educators aged 18+. It must not be used directly by students.
- How do I delete my Parlo account?
- Go to account settings within Parlo or email us at admin@foundrystacklabs.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
- Does Parlo store my lesson content?
- No. Conversation content is processed to generate responses but is not written to Parlo's database. Messages are gone from Parlo's systems after your session ends.
